Satay Chicken

I love satay, but I’ll never use the packet sauce and I hate a satay with heaps of ingredients.

So, I decided to make my own. It’s delicious and only takes 5 mins to make.
Served with rice and steamed greens is a winner too. 

Ingredients:
– 2 cloves garlic, crushed
– 1/2 red chilli, diced
– 1 tsp olive oil
– 3 tbsp peanut butter
– 1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce
– 1/2 tin coconut milk

Method:
1. Heat oil, garlic & chilli in a saucepan.
2. Add peanut butter, cook off for 30-60 secs. 
3. Add in tamari. Stir well. 
4. Pour in coconut milk, stir well until all combined.
