Today I decided to mix up the smoothie flavour and tried out a new combination. I tell you it didn’t disappointment. This bad boy is a caramel delight.
INGREDIENTS
– 1/2 frozen banana
– 1/2 cup ice
– 250mls cold water
– 1 scoop vanilla protein
– 1-2 medjool dates
– 1 tsbp maca powder (can be found at coles, woolies or health food store)
– 1 tbsp peanut butter
– Salt is optional if you want the salted caramel flavour.
METHOD
Add all ingredients into blender, blend until a smooth consistency. ENJOY
