I love a sweet little treat after dinner or a snack throughout the day. I decided to try recipe to fill both those spots. I have been working on perfecting these for a few weeks and I finally got the recipe right.
Now it’s time to share.
Ingredients:
– 4 medjool dates
– 1 heaped tsp collagen powder (optional)
– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
– 2 tsp chia seeds
– 1/4 cup almonds
– 2 tsp mesquite or maca powder
– 1-2 tbsp water
– Desiccated coconut for roll
Method:
1. Add all except water ingredients into food processor. Add only 1 tbsp water.
2. Blitz together. Add more water if need.
3. Roll into balls. About 9. Cover in coconut.
